Establishment of Industrial Estates & Special Economic Zones is a very specialized field and Mr. Mohsin Syed has to his credit setting up of Sundar Industrial Estate which is by all standards a world Class Industrial Estate. Further Mr. Mohsin has to his credit setting up of Khairpur, BQIP and KCIP. Further he has to his credit, the contribution in establishing other three industrial zones region Rachna near Sheikhupura Punjab and in northern area Risalpur and Mohmand in FATA.
